Many of the @Ernst and Young Team had not painted in years and this meant the initial fear and anxiety from seeing a blank canvas was clear to see. 😐

...but after a few brush strokes and a several cheeky sips 🍷😛 the over critical voice of self judgement began the melt away and the team were quick to get into the 'creative flow state'. 🧘‍♀️

ART like business is not a straightforward process... there are many crucial stages in-between before you get a glimpse of any positive results. 📈

Yes, it's true EVERY single masterpiece usually goes through bit of a slightly awkward and uncomfortable stage - We like to call it the 'ugly duckling phase' before you get to the 'glow up phase'. 🤩🖼
