Yesterday we hosted @Deloitte with a virtual team building experience! 🎨🖌🍸 They wanted us to design and create a special bespoke commission around the company's theme of 'Togetherness'.🤝

With remote working becoming the 'new normal' for many in 2020 - What an important and lovely message to send out to employees during this period. 💟

A recent study concluded the lack of close contact hinders three key ingredients in any effective working relationship: The formation of trust, connection, and mutual purpose. 📈

Humans are social creatures and although working from home can make life easier at first, it can actually be detrimental to our wellbeing & mental health.⚖
